Justin Wigard is a 3rd-year PhD Fellow in the English Department here at Michigan State University, where he focuses on game studies, comic studies, and digital humanities. His most recent academic work looks at panopticism, critical dystopia, and surveillance in the PC game Orwell. He is currently the President of the Association for English Graduate Students (AEGS), is developing video games for use as teaching tools within the college classroom, and can be found at wigardju.msu.domains.
